Quick trip to Austin with my fiancée Victoria and we really enjoyed it. I for one am big on barbecue and finding true authentic Texas smoked meats (no diddy) was a treat and I was not disappointed.

Me personally, I try to stay away from the super crowded places as I find myself to get a little anxious and a bit of anxiety, so finding that Austin has a great selection of dive bars off of 6th st was super cool.

The music scene out in Austin was great as well highlighting blues and And Texas country as well. We stumbled upon a lot of record stores and vintage markets as well selling plenty of denim, mossy oak camouflage pants for all as well as lots of vintage band tees as well.

I’d recommend Austin for anyone looking for adventure and the good food, Definitely eat in small portions so you can try alot of the food otherwise you’ll be stuffed through the day as the food isn’t the lightest. Depending on where you are it can look a bit run down but that’s the beauty of the city and Texas in general.

Here’s a bit of photo dump of the trip, waiting to have another roll of film developed as well so be on the look out for that!
